On the running front, I got my long run in today. It wasn't pretty, but I got it done. Although not very fast, I am considering it a success as it was done on legs a bit tired from yesterday's 5 K effort. As Charlie Sheen would say, "Winning!"

Anything Christmas related should be banned until December the 1st. I don't want to have to think about Christmas shopping until at least then - preferably later.
Well done for getting your long run done. Our mornings are very nice now and spring is in the air. Not long and I'll be the one complaining about the heat.
